FAQs

  • The Parent Hub is my online space on Substack where parents get evidence-based milestone guidance, relatable support, and real answers from a pediatric PT (hi, it’s me, Stasia B!). It’s like having a PT bestie in your inbox — with premium posts, Q&As, and practical tools you can actually use in real life.

  • Once you join my Substack community… you will have access to premium articles, discounted courses, 2x a month live Q and A sessions, and the ability to message me 1:1 ALWAYS.

  • Only if you want to! Substack can be used on a desktop or mobile browser. There is a mobile app though that makes life a little easier!

    • Weekly milestone guidance – age-appropriate tips, activities, and reassurance so you know what to focus on right now (and what to ignore).

    • The Parent Hub community – a private, judgment-free space to connect with other parents, ask questions, and get quick support.

    • Live Q&As + expert insights – regular opportunities to learn from a pediatric PT (that’s me!) and tackle your specific concerns.

    • Resource library – printable guides, checklists, and easy-to-follow hacks for tummy time, crawling, walking, and beyond.

    • Ongoing support – access to me through the Hub for real-time questions, encouragement, and those “is this normal?” moments.

  • Yes! Your subscription is flexible — no contracts, no hidden fees. If you need to pause or cancel, you can do so anytime.

  • Nope. The Parent Hub is for educational and informational purposes only. It’s not a substitute for individualized medical care. Always consult your pediatrician for specific concerns.

  • I got you friend! I also offer 1:1 virtual consults! If you are a Parent Hub VIP Member you will receive 20% off all consults! https://www.tummytimetexts.com/pre-landing-page

  • I pop into the Hub daily during the week to check in, answer questions, and share resources. Most replies happen within 24 hours (often sooner), but remember—I’m a real parent and PT with a real life too! You’ll always get thoughtful answers, just not 3am emergency responses. If it’s urgent, always contact your pediatrician.

  • I have been licensed as a physical therapist in the state of NJ for almost 11 years. I have 10 years of experience in pediatrics and in the public school system.
