It’s me! Hi…I’m the problem…

Hi, I’m Dr. Anastasia Bach, PT, DPT — pediatric movement specialist, doctor of physical therapy, and chaos-coordinating mom of two.

I created Tummy Time Texts because I got tired of watching parents spiral through Google, Facebook mom groups, and outdated advice — only to be met with “wait and see,” judgment, or GIFs of Moira Rose.

I’ve worked with kids from birth to adulthood with a wide range of diagnoses including cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, chromosomal differences, prematurity, autism, and global developmental delay — and I bring that same real-world experience home, too. My oldest son is autistic, and I know firsthand what it feels like to have a gut instinct that something’s “off”… and then get zero real support.

My goal is to empower you with knowledge so that you can advocate for your littles.

I’ve sat on both sides of the eval table, and my goal is to make movement guidance less medical, less mysterious, and more accessible to every parent.

Fair warning though — I am not a fan favorite in Facebook mom circles. You won’t catch a jumper, a walker, or shoes before one in my house. Containers? Don’t know them. I’m here to support your baby’s development, not your registry aesthetics. And yes, I will lovingly side-eye your floor time excuses.

So if you’re ready to get real about milestones — without the judgment, fluff, or filtered Pinterest advice — you’ve found your person.
